What we do, in detail

Four services for manufacturers selling into North America, each agreed in writing.

Program 01 · Someone here

Market representation

A buyer in this market expects a local number, a local time zone and someone who can answer a technical question the same day. We provide that presence, handle enquiries and build the trade relationships that a distant head office cannot.

Stage 1 · The product

What it is, who buys it, and against what.

Stage 2 · Positioning

Realistic assessment of the market here.

Stage 3 · Terms

Territory, exclusivity and duration in writing.

Stage 4 · Launch

Enquiries handled locally from day one.

Stage 1 · Forecast

Volumes and stock levels agreed.

Stage 2 · Accounts

Trade customers opened and credit terms set.

Stage 3 · Fulfilment

Orders shipped from local stock.

Stage 4 · Reporting

Sales and stock reported to the principal.

Program 02 · Stock and customers

Distribution & accounts

Stock held locally turns a three-week lead time into next-day delivery, which is usually the difference between winning and losing an account. We open and manage trade customers, hold inventory agreed with the principal, and fulfil orders on agreed terms.

Program 03 · From factory to customer

Logistics coordination

We coordinate shipments from the factory, arrange warehousing, and manage onward delivery to customers. Freight is carried by licensed carriers and customs entries are filed by licensed brokers — we coordinate, and we don't pretend to do the licensed parts ourselves.

Program 04 · Complete and consistent

Commercial documentation

Shipments are held up by paperwork far more often than by goods. We prepare and cross-check commercial invoices, packing lists and supporting documents so the file reaching your broker is complete and internally consistent, and we keep the records afterwards.
