OIA North America LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, with registration details on public record with the Florida Division of Corporations. It supplies trade customers, not consumers.
We are not a licensed customs broker and we file no customs entries; those are made by licensed brokers working with the importer of record. Product certification, labelling and regulatory approval remain the manufacturer's responsibility, supported by the right professionals — we'll flag the questions early rather than discover them at a port.
